What this website collects
This website does not store anything you type into its forms and does not use accounts. The enquiry forms prepare a message for you, which you then send yourself through WhatsApp or your email app. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
When you send us an enquiry, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, company, contact details and the products or services you need.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange supply or services, and keep business records. We do not sell personal information.
Who else may see it
Messages sent by WhatsApp or email pass through those services (Meta/WhatsApp and Google/Gmail), which have their own privacy policies. This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. We may share enquiry details with suppliers only as needed to price or fulfil your request.
Your rights under POPIA
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email us and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect enquiry information and keep it only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as identity numbers or banking details, through the enquiry forms.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website develops, for example if we add analytics or online forms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
