Using this website

The information on this website describes the products and services we aim to supply. It is general information and not a binding offer. Product lists show examples of what we can source on request, not available stock.

Enquiries and RFQs

Submitting an enquiry or request for quotation does not constitute an order and does not oblige either party. We will tell you if a request is outside our capabilities, authorisations or supply network.

Quotations

Each quotation states its own prices, validity period, delivery terms, payment terms and other conditions. Prices depend on supplier pricing, specifications, quantity, brand, delivery location, lead time and, for imported products, exchange rates. A quotation becomes binding only once accepted in line with its terms.

Technical and regulated work

Technical services are offered only within the qualifications, registrations and authorisations held at the time. Regulated work such as inspection, testing and Certificates of Compliance is offered only where the legal requirements are met. Site work is subject to the customer's safety, access and induction requirements.

Delivery and returns

Delivery arrangements, charges and lead times are agreed in the quotation. Where products are supplied, returns, defects and warranty claims are handled according to the quotation, the applicable supplier or manufacturer terms and the law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
